Què és el barranquisme?

El Barranquisme també conegut com a descens de barrancs o canyoning, es una aventura a l’aire lliure. Consisteix en seguir el curs d’un riu de muntanya en aigües totalment naturals, on trobaràs diferents ressalts on realitzarem diferents tècniques de progressió, com: caminar, des trepar, saltar (cap salt obligatori), rapelar o tobogans per pendents naturals.
